There are many of our common habits that are shortening our life span, but we do not even realize it and we are just enjoying our life. In fact, these common habits make us vulnerable to various illnesses or bring them too close to them which can have a negative impact on our health. The following are just a few of the bad habits and we are sure that after learning about them, you will try to give up those habits immediately.
Eating habits regularly is very harmful. Even if you eat lunch one hour late, the hormone levels in your body begin to rise. And your health starts to deteriorate -Try to have the same amount of time each day as you sleep and exercise -Irregularity can make you sick during these hours.
It is harmful to use preserved vegetables or fruits because the ingredients in them that are resistant to diseases are outdated. Always use fresh vegetables and fruits and buy when they are in season.
Even if you do regular daily exercise and do not do it regularly but then spend the rest of the day sitting down, your habit can affect your blood sugar and cholesterol and blood pressure. Find small things you can do to keep you going.

Did you know that your office is home to germs? Yes, most germs are your computer table. If you have a habit of eating lunch at your seat in the office, then give up that habit immediately because you are entering the germs in your body along with the diet. These germs can make you vulnerable to different types of viruses -Therefore, it is important that you eat the food you eat at work rather than at the computer table.
Smoking habits not only cause cancer but it also weakens your immune system. This can make you more prone to diarrhea and pneumonia – so try to get rid of this habit.
Insects found in the dust love your warm bed as much as you do. If you do not have the habit of sweeping your bed and laundry, etc. then you can easily suffer from asthma or allergies. If you want health and wellness, take the good habit of cleaning the bed by giving up the bad habit of not bedding.
