CNN is a perfect example of media television bias. Surrounded with huge controversial headlines week in and week out this television channel is a highlight of all types of political bias. Being accused of having huge media liberal bias CNN is still a huge source of political information. For years CNN has highlighted the glorious success of Obamas presidency and recently on several occasions bashed Trump for his successful push towards the white house. The way CNN presents news and information is one of the few many ways that they create a sense of republican hatred and uphold the beliefs and principles of the Democratic Party. They illustrate this by analyzing these media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias. They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes to favor liberal causes. These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation. In this last election the mainstream media suffered a further erosion of its authority during the campaign. It clearly displayed its disdain of Donald Trump, not least in assuming that his election to the presidency was not simply unlikely, but next to impossible. Then came the day of the election where everyone was in awe when he won the highest seat in the land. Many have blamed Trump himself for his controversial comments relating towards his relationship with the press, but that distracts from the media’s weakness. The media have long failed to report the news truthfully about right-of-center public figures with whom it disagrees.
The Dailey Show although a very sarcastic media show it is a source of political information. Being able to view full episodes online creates a website bias that is also in the liberal stance. Although some episodes are constructed to such fashion to make fun of both sides of the political party ever since new host Trevor Noah and simultaneously Trumps campaign run announcement the show has entirely been dominantly liberal. Categorizing trump in such fashion and showing sincere disdain for the Republican Party utilizing words such as fools and idiots really highlights the lowlights of republican standards. The host Trevor Noah is aware of his political bias towards the Republican Party saying that it is almost impossible to refrain from the jokes that are to be comprised of trump. Stating that “the guy is a professional buffoon I’m not going to go out of my way to not make a joke” Trump was uncontrollably making news this past summer and can we really blame a comedy late night show for using its stance and position to comically insult the now president. He also stated that with Hillary you have got to dig deep and find the grime and “we do what we can, but I’m also not going to try and manufacture it just for the sake of appearing to be unbiased. My bias is comedy and right now the Republicans have a lot more comedy”.
The Washington is obviously a huge newspaper platform in today’s America. Being centered in our nation’s capital you can imagine the amount of pull it can have on any political realm. The Washington’s Post has been crucially criticized for its liberal bias this might originate from the origin of the Washington’s Post stemming back all the way from 1877. The leadership and ownership of the Washington’s post is a huge reason for this mainstream liberal bias that is at a center of attention in our nation’s capital. It is widely circulated in our nation’s capital which allows it to broadcast whatever political stance it chooses to project. The Washington Post is clearly winged left. In recent decades, the Washington Post has been accused of both liberal and conservative biases. The Washington Post is the dominant newspaper in the U.S. capital and usually counted as one of the leading daily American newspapers. Over the years, it has distinguished itself through its political reporting on the workings of the White House, Congress and the U.S. government. Among the Post’s sections is a main section covering national and international news, a metro section covering local news, a style section and a sports section.
