In doing certain task, it requires the mind and the body to function well. For some, doing a pile of work means being productive while others would actually be stressed. Stress is a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in life, work, etc. It makes an individual distracted instead of focusing in finishing the work to be done. Since stress is ever present in the lives of an individual, it is the primary reason why an individual is blocked from accomplishing the task. Stress is unavoidable, it is something that causes strong feelings of neither worry nor anxiety but instead of letting the system of an individual be corrupted by stress, an individual must learn how to manage it despite of the ceaseless work that is needed to be done. Instead of being carried out by stress, an individual must manage stress and boost their performance in order to achieve more.
In the field of academics, most students find it really hard to manage stress due to a pile of continuous school demands. Students tend to become stressed even with just thinking about the things they have to do. With this mentality, they tend to just think of their task and how complicated it is instead of doing it immediately and with this kind of attitude, at the end of the day they won’t be able to accomplish anything. In this study, the researchers are trying to educate the student readers on how to manage their stress despite of the presence of pressure in doing their tasks. This study aims to help the readers on formulating ways to put first their priorities instead of being eaten by stress.
In this study, the researchers aim to target in helping the students on how to accept difficult situations in doing school works and also on how they will be able to cope up with doing multiple tasks. The purpose of this research is mainly to help the student readers in managing their task even in dealing with stress. According to Merriam Websters definition of stress management, it is a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person’s level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning. It is vital to the lives of the students since it can improve their way of functioning. With the help of this study, the student readers will be able to know more on what is stress management and will be able to explore more on how to deal with it.
This research aims to educate the high school students on how to manage stress despite of their hectic schedules and continuous school demands.
The significance of this study for the high school students is to not only know what stress management is but to also know how to maneuver stress despite of the burden in complying continuous school demands. This study aims to widen the high school students scope of knowledge in terms of handling ceaseless school quests in order for them to be calm when encountering difficult situations with regards to their tasks. This study also aims to grasp on how the Senior High school students of Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. grapple with stress. The researchers know that stress is inevitable; therefore the aim of the researchers is to educate the readers on how to neither overcome nor deal with stress. Primarily, this study deals with the situations that the high school students encounter on a daily basis.
The implication of this study to the high school students is that the readers will be able to know how to deal with stress. With the help of this study, the readers will also be able to formulate possible ways in order to manage stress. The implication of this study is that the high school students will be able to seek ways on how to overcome stress. The possible result of this study to the readers is also that the readers will be good in analyzing what to do in managing their stress despite of the nonstop demands of the school. This phenomenological study will help the readers develop in molding themselves to do things immediately and in handling stress.
This phenomenological study focuses on finding ways on how the high school students will be able to manage stress. Since the researchers think how complicated it is to manage the things to do especially when a student is stressed with a pile of works, the researchers are doing their best in order for this study to contribute a wider scope of knowledge to the readers in terms of dealing with situations that are somehow hard to manage with the burden of stress. Finding ways on how to manage stress and what to do when doing things despite of the presence of stress is the predominant study of this research. The coverage of this study is also mainly on helping the high school students to know what to do and how to manage it when facing difficult situations. As part of this research, this also studies on how the Senior High school students of Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. balance their things to do and manage everything in a relaxing way despite of having multitudinous school works.
Finding ways on how to forfend stress does not take part of this research instead, this study emphasizes on how will the system of an individual work when dealing with stress. Excluding this study is also dodging pressure when doing certain task. This study involves the presence of stress, so anything that prevents nor avoids the presence of stress does not take part of this study. The limitation of this study also excludes the study of an individual in dealing with time management. This research is based on the phenomenological investigation conducted by the researchers on how the Senior High school students of Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. do stress management.
In this study, the researchers used the phenomenological type of research in order to gather, analyze, and also interpret the data that were being collected with regards to how the senior high school students of Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. deal and manage with stress. The data were collected by means of the experiences regarding stress management of the senior high school students in Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. During the collection of data for the research, the researchers conducted an interview with the senior high school students of Divine Life Institute of Cebu, Inc. in order for them to be able to share their experiences regarding on how they manage their stress. The researchers chose this kind of procedure since it is a convenient process when gathering the data that are needed. After collecting the data, the researchers presented the subject of the research through their own intellect.
